What is TANITA Shokudo ?
“TANITA Shokudo” promotes good health by providing healthy set meals with only 500kcal. Furthermore, customers can get body composition measurements in counseling room and a registered dietitian gives them nutritional tips on how to modify their eating habits and exercise advice.
TANITA 500 kcal Set Meal Concept
- Plenty of vegetables: Using about 200 grams of vegetables per set meal, providing enough daily vegetable intake for you.
- Chewy texture: Vegetables are cut into large pieces and cooked without being overcooked, so that the number of times of chewing naturally increases. You can get a feeling of satiety by chewing well for 20 minutes.
- Low in salt: Using delicious seasonal ingredients and season them lightly so that you can enjoy the “deliciousness” of the ingredients themselves. The salt is about 3g per serving.
- 1 bowl of rice with 100g: The amount of rice recommended by TANITA Shokudo is 100g (about 160kcal). By eating less rice and more vegetables, you can keep yourself full easily.
